“The NEW SEASON is upon us and, after a disappointing August (sunshine, where were you!?), I’m happy to turn my attention to the cosier styles of autumn”

Kicking things off is this mid-length camel coat. The tailored collar will give any look a smarter feel – I’ve worn it here with jeans but swap in some checked trousers if you’re heading into the office – and the classic camel shade will easily pair with complementary and contrasting shades in your existing wardrobe. This snug half-zip sweater is also a great layering option with this coat and taps into the tonal dressing trend. Add a roll-neck underneath when temperatures really plummet for extra warmth.

I’ve been using this REN Evercalm overnight recovery balm for about four years. Ideal for those with sensitive skin, the overnight balm works to infuse the skin with lipids from olive, almond, borage and linseed oils while you sleep, meaning you’ll wake up with baby soft skin everyday (trust me). The ultra-smooth texture softly applies to the skin and a little really goes a long way. I use about a pea-sized amount for my whole face and neck, gently applying in upwards sweeping motions.

Looking for a modern take on the classic leather jacket? Try this faux-leather blazer. Perfect for both work and play, it’s a piece you’ll be wearing all season long layered over floaty dresses, jeans and a tee, and even over a brightly coloured suit. To tone-down the toughness of the jacket, try teaming it with classic white trainers and soft cashmere knitwear.

This summer we launched Nothing Neutral About It – a collection of neutral lingerie in more shades, more styles and more sizes. I’ve enjoyed wearing this crop top-style bra made with Flexifit technology for incredible comfort all day long. It’s really supportive even on my 34E bust and sits smoothly under tighter fitting tops and knitwear. For even more comfort, pair with the matching short briefs, available in a handy three-pack.

When it comes to maintaining good physical and mental health, a great night’s sleep is essential. We recently got a puppy so are experiencing quite a bit of broken sleep throughout the night. This Apothecary Sleep room & linen spray helps me drift off quickly in a cloud of lavender loveliness that lasts through to the morning. Each bottle lasts about four to five months based on three to four sprays on your pillow a night. Try burning the Apothecary Calm sleep candle before lights off to really amp up the relaxation factor – it’s a bargain at €22 for the three-wick size.
