Tom has shared his exclusive meal planner that’s packed full of Eat Well dishes, from super smoothies to nutritious and fuss-free dinners. Tom says, “Eating healthily doesn’t need to be difficult, you just have to give it a little more thought and make a plan.”

“Breakfast is my all-time favourite meal of the day! This is where you get the energy that you need for your day,” says Tom, who has some delicious breakfast ideas in his meal plan, such as a veggie omelette and high-fibre three-seed granola with Plant Kitchen oat drink, sliced apple and banana.
If you want to make smarter snack decisions, Tom says, “Don’t ever allow yourself to get REALLY hungry as you’ll reach for sugary food to boost your energy.” Try stocking your snack drawer with healthier alternatives to your favourite snacks, such as our salt and lime popped chips and raspberry and almond butter pressed fruit and nut bar.

Want to switch up your lunchtime sarnie? Take inspiration from Tom’s meal planner by picking up a delicious and nutritious option in store. Try our barbecue chicken Cobb salad that’s a source of protein and features barbecue chicken, a tasty ranch dressing and of course lots of fresh veggies! Or opt for our new Buddha bowl that’s a hearty combination of portobello mushrooms with healthy black rice and quinoa, with a vibrant turmeric and yoghurt dressing. Not only is it super tasty, it’s also a source of protein, two of your five a day and features balanced carbohydrates.
Tom’s thoughts on working lunches? “Working lunches sometimes are needed, but when you can, take the time to eat and be mindful. This when will help you feel fuller, as when you eat more slowly, it gives your body a chance to digest properly.”
When it comes to dinner, Tom loves “a very colourful plate that’s high protein, plant-based and slightly easier on the carbs”. Try cooking up the vibrant stir-fry from Tom's meal planner that’s prepared in a flash! This delicious dinner is a great source of protein and combines sesame, chilli and coriander tofu with udon noodles, Tenderstem broccoli and garlic stir-fry and turmeric and ginger sauce.
