They’re packed full of classic barbecue flavour and perfect served in a lightly grilled brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, gherkins, red onion and your fave sauce. And to top it off?

No barbecue treat is quite complete without a dollop of your favourite sauce. From our much-loved special burger sauce and classic ketchup to our new teriyaki, smoky tomato and house BBQ sauces, there’s something for every taste and dish. 

To really pull out the stops and impress, try making a few of your own tasty toppings:

  • Char halved tomatoes on the barbecue, then blitz with dried red chillies and lime juice.
  • Make a quick slaw with finely shredded red cabbage, carrot, red onion and coriander – dress in a little soy and white wine vinegar.
  • Smash avocado in a bowl with lime juice, chilli flakes (leave these out if you’re not keen on spice), salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • For classic caramelised onions, peel and finely slice onions. Heat olive oil and a knob of butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the onions. Once translucent, add salt and brown sugar. Cook over a low heat, stirring regularly, until caramelised.
