New to the Foodhall is our stunning passionfruit and white chocolate yule log, perfect for serving a crowd and hand-decorated with white chocolate and shimmering biscuit balls. Try white chocolate and raspberry panna cotta, a creamy combination of white chocolate and Madagascan vanilla, topped with raspberry compote, or take a trip to the darker side with a chocolate melt in the middle pudding – cut open to reveal the ‘ta-da’ of the Belgian chocolate sauce.
We have a super-special festive cheesecake, too – baked Alaska cheesecake is a combination of creamy vanilla cheesecake, vanilla sponge and berries covered with baked meringue. Luscious. The Collection chocolate torte is new and vegan-friendly, too. Slice into a dark chocolate ganache smothering a crunchy biscuit base topped with dark chocolate.
For a gluten-free option, there’s clementine frangipane: ground almond sponge soaked in clementine orange syrup and topped with flaked almonds, candied orange peel and decorated with an icing drizzle.
If you’ve gone a little too hard on the turkey, our smaller puds and treats are the answer. Mix and match to create your own version of a restaurant-style small dessert plate, or pile up a platter with a variety and let everyone dig in. Choose from Collection chocolate pine cones – a chocolate mousse confection filled with chocolate sauce, dipped in dark chocolate and finished with a dusting of sugar, or serve mini melt in the middle puddings: velvety chocolate puddings, with a hidden melted chocolate centre.
For something small and sweet to serve with coffee, bring a selection of these treats to the table: mini chocolate tortes are indulgent Belgian chocolate ganache bites, while our mini macarons in raspberry, Belgian chocolate and vanilla flavours will add a touch of luxury. You can’t beat profiteroles, and as it’s Christmas, you’d better make sure they’re posh ones. Our Collection posh profiteroles are filled with sea-salted caramel cream and topped with chocolate sauce. One just isn’t enough.
Our Colin is ready for the festivities, all dressed up in his snazzy Christmas jumper. Christmas Jumper Colin the Caterpillar is an extremely chocolatey sponge roll filled with chocolate buttercream, smothered in milk chocolate and finished with a soft icing jumper. Smaller appetites might prefer Cosy Christmas Colin the Caterpillar – miniature Colins wearing fun, festive hats.
Colin’s friend Rodney Reindeer is back to celebrate, too. Our Rodney Reindeer cheesecake will bring a smile to everyone’s face. Made with Irish double and whipping cream, this baked Madagascan vanilla cheesecake sits on a buttery digestive biscuit base. Or our Rodney Reindeer desserts are perfect puds for a buffet. These crowd-pleasing chocolate sponge cakes with a crispy chocolate wafer base are filled with chocolate mousse and topped with milk and white chocolate reindeer decorations.
For some family members, Christmas wouldn’t be the same without traditional treats, like Christmas pud, trifle or profiteroles. Our new Collection perfectly matured Christmas pudding is bursting with vine fruits, cherries, almonds and festive spices and comes wrapped in a decorative reusable tea towel.
We’ve got trifles galore, too. Choose from sherry trifle, with its layers of fruit cocktail, jelly, sherry-laced sponge and custard, all finished with whipped cream; strawberry compote trifle, with fruity compote and sponge layers topped with custard and fresh whipped cream; or sticky toffee pudding trifle featuring layers of rich toffee sauce, cream, luxurious vanilla custard and caramelised sponge.
The irresistible profiterole stack is back again – dig into cream profiteroles topped with a rich chocolate sauce, or cut yourself a slice of our festive yuletide log, chocolate sponge coated in a milk chocolate ganache and filled with chocolate mousse, sauce and whipped cream. Heavenly.

Our new Collection chocolate and hazelnut mince pies are made with all-butter pastry, filled with our Collection mincemeat, topped with an indulgent chocolate and hazelnut truffle layer and finished with a sprinkling of caramelised hazelnuts. Christmas classic Collection mini mince pies are deep-filled with mincemeat containing dried vine fruits, glacé cherries, cranberries, brandy, cider, clementine juice and Cognac. They’re little bites of heaven.
For something different, try Collection frangipane mince pies, topped with frangipane and decorated with flaked almonds. We’ve got vegan and gluten-free options, too – choose from Plant Kitchen mince pies or Made Without gluten-free mince pies.
Get ahead with your Christmas prep and stock up the freezer with our fabulous frozen desserts. This year, we’ve combined two of our favourite puds into one showstopping dessert: trifle caked Alaska. This crowd-pleasing combo of custard semi-freddo with raspberry sauce and whole raspberries, in a sherry-soaked sponge and topped with mallow and flaked toasted almonds is sure to wow everyone.
