Gel Insole

Every time I buy new shoes I buy a pair of M&S Gel insoles! Would NOT be without them...Comfortable cushioning and they stick well I had aching feet till I used these Highly recommended!!

I bought these for a pair of high heels that were very uncomfortable. Did the job perfectly will purchase some more.

I love these gel pads. I have bought several pairs. They really work and make wearing heals so much more comfortable.

No words can describe the comfort after weaing these high heel gel inserts. You have your own foot spa in your shoes.. The truth will be when I'm on my feet all day at my son's medal ceremony. I am confident they will 'Pass Out with M&S Pride.

Bought these because I always need soft insoles. If you actually stick them to your feet you can remove them and they will stick again next time - just been on holiday and wore them several times like this in very different shoes, they are still sticking. Have a piece of plastic handy like a passbook cover and simply store by sticking one on each side and popping in drawer or suitcase. Hoping to gently clean them with soap & water and see if they still work. Definitely ordering more pairs.

These are brilliant! I don't usually wear heels higher than about 3 inches but was tempted by a pair of 5 inch non-platform courts for a party. The balls of my feet and heels were on fire after about 15 minutes and I was seriously thinking of throwing them away when I came across these gel insoles. I have used them in the shoes 5 or 6 times now and, while I couldn't claim to have not noticed the height of my shoes, I haven't had any burn - even after 4 hours in them. Thanks to M&S for stopping me from throwing away a £80 pair of heels that I love.

I love these, they are comfy, and thus far the best insoles that I have found. If they were cheaper, I would put them in every pair of my shoes and not just the pretty ones!

Really comfy when wearing high heels but I agree with other reviews, it's a shame they are stick on as then they can only be used for one pair.

The insole didn't slip, kept my foot nicely cushioned and definitely lengthened the amount of time I could wear them. I'm not going to say these are a genuine miracle, but then I went ceilidh dancing and it's perhaps not fair to judge in that context. I do know that without these I would have been crippled as opposed to in minor discomfort so they're definitely worth a shot if you, like myself, have no high-heel tolerance.
