Front Zip Bouclé Tunic Dress

I bought this item a couple of times - the first one came undone at the seam on both sleeves. So I returned it for a refund. I then bought it online as I really liked it. However, whoever had bought it before had obviously worn it and returned it. I am really disappointed at M & S online sending out an item that had make-up all over it and had snags in three separate places. I returned it to a store for another refund. I have now given up on this item.

When I saw this dress I was excited as it was just what I had been looking for, but having read the reviews and trying on my friends - I realised it would be too small, so ordered 2 sizes up! Nope - yes I could get it on but because I had to go up 2 sizes to fit on shoulders,the body of the dress was totally shapeless. Also material very loopy and easy to catch - not the kind of dress to wear with cats!! So reluctantly I had to return it - in fact I don't know what is wrong with M&S sizes at the moment but they are so inconsistent it is ridiculous. Hoping for better materials and fittings in the future.

I bought the Size 8/Short... the length is perfect but it is a very snug fit.... Would have benefitted from a lining too. However it looks great and enjoy wearing it

I bought the dress in short length first of all as that would be my normal length but I found it to be too short. I changed for a regular length which is still above the knee. The actual sizing was true to size. I think this dress will be ideal when it gets a bit colder and will look great with thick tights and boots. The two zips at the front just make it a bit different so just adds a bit to the style. A good addition to my winter wardrobe.

I loved the style of this dress but it was not true to size. I ordered a 14 but it only just fitted my daughter who is a size 10/12.

This dress will match any occasion and teamed with light grey tights looks very smart.

Tried this dress on in store in Regular (I'm 4'9'') was a little longer than I liked so thought I'd try short length, so had to order. It arrived with a flaw, clearly marked on the front of the dress with a big red arrow, but the fit of the dress was all wrong. Cheap fabric for the price of the dress too, very disappointing. Zips did nothing to enhance appearance of shape of dress.

I bougth dress for work during colder months and was pleased it came in short length as I am 5 3'. Unfortunately I will be returning as dress came up way too short and tight in places, I order size 8 as size 10's usually too big on top half for me but without lining and with tights I feel the dress will ride up when walking. Shame as need more work clothes!

I thought this would be a useful tunic for autumn. Bought a size 8 (usual Marks size) but I couldn't get my arms through the sleeves. I changed for a size 10, arms ok but the whole tunic was a very odd shape. Felt very uncomfortable to wear. I don't know what body shape the tunic would suit but I had to return it, such a shame.
