Finally got the jumper my father wanted in the size he wanted and the colour he wanted only took 10 months!

Have had lots of these jumpers over the years but latest far thinner than usual. Would buy again if quality returns to previous standard until then unfortunately will have to buy lambswool jumpers elsewhere.

I am very pleased with this product. However, I had to buy it online as my local store only seems to stock v neck jumpers which I do not like. Also, most of the casual summer shirts are short sleeved which again I do not wear. So, more choice in the shop please. Buying on line is ok but as I have to visit the store to collect it is no real advantage.

Navy M&S crewneck jumpers are a wardrobe staple for me, so when I came to replace an ageing, baggy L that had done several years of hard service I was pleased to see some bumph on the label boasting this was a new, improved, tumble dry-friendly, better lambswool etc version. Trouble is, it shrinks, length-wise, even without tumbling. I now have a new jumper that exposes my belt, and an old, baggy jumper I'm still wearing until I find a better replacement. Please review whatever changes in manufacture/supply you've made M&S and revert to the tried and tested version I've loved for years.

I was given this for Christmas and put it away until recently. I was pleased until I found that after only two wearings the bottom welt is becoming unstitched in at least three places. It looks like it will only be fit for gardening soon. M and S quality seems to have taken a turn for the worse.

It saddens me to say how disappointed I am at the poor quality of this M&S staple. Although the range of colours is good, the product quality is not. In particular, it loses its shape very easily, most notably around the cuffs, and the wool bobbles badly. I bought 3 of these during the run up to Christmas. It’s now mid March and they’ll be winging their way to a charity shop very soon.

I have a 2 year old Blue Harbour jumper which is still excellent except for some bobbling. So, I thought I would buy one in red, size small. When I tried it on it was huge, and being quite loose knit, would only get bigger!! Took it back for a refund and even the assistant commented how big it looked for a small! Definite disappointment over the previous style. Maybe M&S should check out Howick jumpers for fit and finish?
