I'm a size 18, but long in the arm and leg. Good quality fabric but sleeves were too tight at the upper arm so had to have size 20. This was a compromise as still tight at arm but too big in body. Pockets are set horizontally and are not as easy as slanted pockets to use. On the plus size its warm, fashionable. Because of the tight sleeve it would be difficult to get a thick jumper underneath.

The quality of the fabric is good, liked the style from the front, but not of enough interest from the rear. In my size, 18 with height 5'4", the length of the coat at the rear was too short in relation to the width, creating a stocky appearance. There is no belt or other style accessory softening this effect. Decided to return, but may fit a taller/slimmer person.

After searching for ages for a medium length coat in navy , I ordered this coat on line after trying one on in store in size 12. I found the upper part of sleeves very tight, so might have to order a size 14 instead; although the rest of coat was generous in size I didn't think the quality of material was that good either

I liked the style of this coat as it is stylish with detail and it's long enough to be really warm. However, the lining in the sleeve was not stitched so I had to return it and reorder. The fabric is poor quality for an Autograph garment. A similar coat in the Woman range was much cheaper and felt more expensive, but was not as stylish.. I would have liked more wool in the fabric and I would have been happy to pay more.

I have recently bought this coat, and have been delighted with it. the fit is really great and the quality of the garment is superb. I am enjoying wearing it through this cold weather.

I know this is practically out of stock, but I must say this coat is absolutely super. It arrived only 3 days after ordering and on one of the hottest days this spring, so I will have to wait months before I can wear it! The style is classic but snappy. Love the panel back and zip sleeves. Size is perfect -- always a worry when size really matters at this distance from purchase site.

I have been looking for a navy short-ish coat for a couple of years and was beginning to despair - until today! This really fits the bill and I am delighted with it. I noticed some other reviewers (and even the online description) says it has mock pockets, but mine doesn't, it has real ones!

This is a stylish classic coat with a modern edge. The panelling to the back of the coat, the zips to the sleeves all add to the stylish features of what is otherwise a classic coat. The quality and finishing is excellent. This is a coat which should prove to be an excellent buy for many winters to come.

A lovely stylish coat for the price. It's heavy & has a funnel neck so I think/ hope it will be very warm in the winter. I am a size 10 on top but always buy my winter coats a size bigger in order to be able to fit jumpers underneath. A size 10 with a jumper on was tight around the shoulders. I shopped around and the value and style of this coat was way better than anything I tried on in the Spanish high street chains and British department stores. Very well made.

A very well made winter coat. It's a heavy coat and has a good feel of quality about it. I love the style and it will be very useful to dress up or down. The previous reviewers commented about the pockets on the outside of the coat were false. Well, not false on my coat maybe they should have snipped the cotton to release the pocket. Overall very pleased with my new coat.
