Excellent quality and look great, esp good at £49!! Bargain!

These will last for ever. They are classic and exceptionally well made. The blue elastic adds an edgy twist. More please M&S. I was tempted to buy the blue suede ones too !

Whilst I'm hoping the sunshine stays so I can wear my Summer shoes for longer - I also can't wait for the temperatures to drop so I can wear these. They did feel a little pricey, but when they arrived the quality is clear to see and I managed to time it when I could take advantage of a 20% discount offer. I could perhaps have done with a half size, but I'm sure they'll give just a little to make them perfect. Thank you to M&S and the beautiful, stylish British craftsmanship - winner!

Your shoe selection, and in particular the fact that you do a true size 42 in women's shoes, has been instrumental in bringing me back to M & S, These better quality shoes seal the deal. I have, for years, always bought all my shoes at Russell & Bromley but can see that M & S could be a real alternative in their better-quality range.

Great quality but they do need to be broken in. Classic style with fashion edge.

It seems silly to say, but I fell in love with these boots in the store, particularly the quirky blue bits and the leather lining quality and detail, comfort and style, even having to use an old fashioned shoe horn to get them on without crumpling the back of the boot. Just makes me smile each time I wear them. Bought half a size bigger than I usually wear but they fit well and don't slip. They seem very good value for shoes this well made and likely to last for years.

Excellent boot, good fit, the quality you'd expect from M&S. I particularly like the combination of black leather and navy insert. I've bought these in navy suede as well and both are brilliant, versatile purchases. My only complaint is that the boots are very slippy at first in wet weather. I've never purchased any clothes (bar knickers) from M&S before but I'm well and truly converted. More of the same please.

Gorgeous design, nice and fitted around the ankle and I actually like the navy elastic as it gives it an edgy design feature. I am finding them difficult to get on as they are a little stiff but hoping they will soften with wear

I love these boots, they are such good quality and fit perfectly. The leather feels like it will improve with wear and the workmanship is reflected in the price. Well worth the money and made in Britain which is a huge plus point for me. Only 4 stars....blue elastic?! I didn't think this would bother me and I can see why M&S have done this as they do add a quirkiness to the boots, but I would have 5 starred these and kept them if this was black. Tempted to keep them anyway as they are just so lovely but no to the blue, so they will be going back.

These boots are simply stunning. As soon as you slide your feet into them you know the leather is just going to get better and better with age. The blue elastic adds a touch of modernity and class which separates this Chelsea boot out from the others M&S has on offer. I found the sizing accurate. You can see and feel the amount of workmanship invested in these boots, both in the design and construction. A worthy investment piece.
