Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is only possible within the first 30 minutes after the purchase is complete. After this time frame, the cancellation option becomes unavailable. It's important to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

Do I have to pay any customs and/or duty?

From 1st July 2018 The Goods and Service Tax legislation means that all international orders are subject to 10% GST. Marks & Spencer is compliant with the new regulation and therefore the amount paid by our customers is fully inclusive of GST.

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Orders valued above the Australian customs threshold of $1,000 may be subject to import duties, which are levied by the Australian border control at the time the order arrives in your country. If your order is over the threshold and liable for import duties you can pay them at checkout to avoid any delays or additional charges upon the arrival of your order in Australia.
