I would recommend washing these before putting them on. My poor daughter wore a pair on Christmas day and is still suffering from a rash three days later! We'll try them again once washed. Shame, really as she says they were really comfy and soft.

We were looking for something a bit different to the usual briefs which on my skinny 7 year old were rather baggy! The style of these are quite grown up though. Probably better on older girls, but on my daughter they fit low on the hip and she just looks a little young for them! They fit snuggly due to the stretchiness of them.

My daughter was previously wearing cycling shorts under her school dresses so that she could climb and do gymnastics without flaunting her pants (or, more often, her bottom, as pants we're not always well-fitting!). These pants mean that no additional shorts are required. So far they are washing and wearing well.

Just the job for my little gymnast who likes to turn cartwheels in her summer uniform dress at school. I've been looking for modest underwear for just that reason and these fit the bill. I'd say they size small. I bought 6-8yrs for my 5 yr old. They are like fitted shorts (rather than butt cheek exposers) so I was happy to size up. If you prefer the butt cheeks look then size to age. They are nice and soft with no seams so no comfort complaints either. The only way to improve these for me would be to lengthen the 'leg' a centimetre or two otherwise they were just what I was looking for ;) #mumobsessedwithmodesty

Everything about these pants is great.... Except they go a slight grey Colour after the first wash, I had bought the same ones a year ago but thought it was maybe how I had washed them as I had just thrown them in a white wash, so this time I made sure everything else was pure white and washed on a cool wash but unfortunately they still came out with a very slight grey tinge after just one wash. Otherwise they are very comfy leaving no seam marks on my daughter but in future I will buy the brightly coloured ones.
