Two Tone Adjustable Waist Hooded Parka with Stormwear™

I love everything about this item - the shiny gunmetal colour fabric, the warm lining inside, the adjustable waist, the hood with its faux fur trim which really does look like real fur and the fact that it can be washed. I was also lucky enough to buy it in the sale so I really feel that I have had a great bargain.

Just arrived home after picking up my fab new parka and am so pleased I just had to write my first M&S review! I would probably have chosen the grey if it had been in my size but the only 8 left was in wine – which I wasn’t altogether sure of when I put in the order – so what a wonderful surprise! The wine version is dark and rich with a velvety warm lining which – importantly - extends to the collar and faux fur edged hood. (So many good dark styles are otherwise spoilt by contrasting white or cream linings etc) One of the best features, though, is the fashionable ‘dip’ in the back hem which enhances the slim body line. But as well as being stylish this parka is warm while being lightweight and extremely comfortable. All in all SIX well earned stars!! Would have bought this even if it hadn’t been in the sale.

Loved this parka but after several wears realised poor fitting lining resulted in coat riding up as I walked whatever I was wearing underneath. Had to keep my hands in the pockets to keep the coat down. Very disappointed as paid full price. I am a size 10 but bought a 12 as 10 very small. Sadly had to return to store. Would not recommend this parka despite it looking lovely!!

The coat was good but there was not a size 12 available, When I tried the size 14 I had ordered it was too big so I returned it.

I am so disappointed with m&s I spend a lot of money there but this parka coat is awful . It's small fitting for a size 20 the draw strings are no where near waistline & the material is shocking . The advert for this parka says will keep you dry with storm wear technology that's a laugh the rain goes right through material it's no way waterproof I was soaked to the skin I had to get changed when I got home . For the price of £89 I paid a bit more thinking it would be a good buy but it's very poor value I wish now I had gone somewhere else but I have to wear it I can't buy another one but don't waste your money on this parka ! The only good thing about is the lining which is very soft & warm !

A very useful, warm jacket for the colder days. Stylish yet practical.

Excellent product only wish the lining of the sleeves were the same luxurious fur quality of the lining of the jacket. If the sleeves were of a shiny or furry fabric then whatever | am wearing on my arms would not catch on the mat finished lining.

I loved this coat and bought it with the 20% off but it just didn't fit right when it was on, so back it went, but it is a lovely parka.

I've never owned a parka style coat before and just love this one. Really warm and comfortable.

Bought the parka in October, worn twice this week. Wish I hadn't bought it. It isn't very warm and quite useless in the rain, got absolutely soaked today. I have a size 12, it isn't overly big, pulls across the shoulders and with the hood up. The zip is horrible, gets stuck, not smooth. The parka is also an odd shape, and was very expensive for what is is. All in all dissatisfied, wish I'd gone to Next to buy a parka!!
