  • Free nominated day delivery on wine orders over £100 - simply select the nominated day delivery option and your chosen date at the checkout.
  • Delivery is free for flowers, plants, selected food and wine gifts and most furniture.

UK delivery times

We’ll deliver between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday. We don’t deliver on bank holidays. During busy times we may deliver outside these hours. Please note that flowers, hampers, wine, gift cards and furniture are not delivered on Sundays.

UK store collection

  • Order by 8pm for delivery to your chosen store. During periods of high demand collection times may be prolonged
  • When you go to the online checkout, we’ll let you know if your order is able to be collected in store and when.
  • We’ll let you know when your order has arrived in store and is ready for you to collect.
  • You can order clothing, beauty or homeware online and we'll deliver to your chosen store for FREE.
  • It takes a bit longer for us to carefully prepare Food to Order, so we can't offer next-day delivery to store. Details of our preparation times are shown on individual items.
  • Your order will be ready to collect from midday and we’ll keep it in the store for 7 days.

Christmas gift wrap

If you’re buying a Christmas gift on our website, you can make it extra special by adding Christmas gift wrap and a gift message. It’s easy to do – just go to the item in your shopping bag, select 'add gift options’ and add your gift message, gift wrap, or both. Adding gift wrap costs £2.95 and adding a gift message is free.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns policy

We run a special extended returns policy over the Christmas period, starting from 12th September 2016. This means that you can now return online purchases up until 15th January 2017. Normal exclusions apply. Click here for more details on our returns policy.

Please note that we don't have an email address, you can email us by completing our email form (at the bottom left-hand corner of the contact us page). This can only be accessed via desktop and tablet.

Christmas Food to Order

Plan ahead and place your Christmas & New Year food order well in advance. If you order by 9th November 2016, you’ll receive ONE FREE BOTTLE OF WINE OR BOX OF CHOCOLATES with orders of £80 or more.

Orders placed in store or online can be amended or cancelled through Customer Services until 5pm on 10th December, subject to collection time availability. You can call our Customer Services team on 0333 014 8222.

New Year orders placed until 5pm on 15th December 2016 cannot be amended or cancelled once a deposit has been paid.

We can still accept a new order after the 11th December but to make sure we can manage your order at this busy time of year, the details will be passed straight to our suppliers which means changes aren’t possible.
