My Fit Traditional Pinafore in Longer Lengths

I've bought these pinafores from M&S for my three daughters over the last ten years and I've found they wash really well. Although they are non-iron, I do like to press them and they have maintained shape and stiffness. They go in the tumble dry and come out almost ready to wear. They don't crease easily and can be sponged down easily (toothpaste and breakfast spillages) without causing wear. A big thumbs up from me M&S haven't compromised on a quality fabric for profit with this item over the ten years I've purchased which is great to see. Fit is good although my children generally fit in the average band for their age. On the whole, if you think the pinafore is a little long in September by July it will be just ready for the next size.

I assume this replaces plus fit etc. The shoulder straps are too wide and the zip is too short making it hard to get on and off. Does not suit my daughter, who has a large frame. She looked overweight and frumpy. I returned and changed for a size larger of the double breasted pinafore and two sizes larger of the knitted pinafore. She looks lovely in both even though they are a little too long. I think this dress is not the right shape for a thick set child.

Good quality. It dries very quickly even without a tumble dryer.
