Liberty Strawberry Thief Baby Carrier

I tried different styles at a sling library and got advice from friends before choosing this carrier. They hold their value so well there wasn't much of a saving to be had buying second hand so worth the high price tag. Wide base which is important for baby's developing spine, no newborn insert to buy separately, easy and quick to put on safely and comfy to wear. Not sure how comfy it will continue to be as baby grows heavier but great for my 16 week old. I wear it under my coat so she can wear indoor clothes plus a hat and I can keep her in the sling to finish her nap at home if she falls asleep towards the end of a walk. It can be thrown in the washing machine and dries overnight. I might buy some teething pads though so I can just wash those as she does chew the strap or dribble on it. I haven't worked out the neatest way to fold it to travel yet but it is light weight. I personally found wrap styles too hot and complex to put on and lots of the structured carriers had a narrow base or were bulky or complex to put on so this was a great combination of features between the two styles for me whilst she is small.

I love this sling for my little one. Easy to wear and to carry baby. A really good purchase as it has multi positions, super lightweight and the liberty print is gorgeous!

This is my first Connecta and I was excited to see these being sold in Marks and Spencer as they are so much better for you and baby than some of the more mainstream baby carriers currently on the high street. The Liberty print is gorgeous and looks super stylish. The actual carrier is so comfortable for baby and the padded shoulder straps make carrying your baby very comfy too. I'm already saving up for another one as would love to own several in the different designs which are are so beautiful.

I bought a connecta direct from their shop before M&S started stocking them and they are fantastic baby carriers. Incredibly comfortable, functional, and stylish. My husband prefers it to the buggy and it's small enough to chuck in the nappy bag to allow hands free parenting. Its design is simple to use and very effective; and there are a ton of youtube videos to help get the fit just right, if you find it's not quite right at first. A total essential for a new family - especially if you're constantly on public transportation. If you wrote off carrying your baby after finding a baby bjorn uncomfortable, it's well worth revisiting it with a connecta.
