like the feel of the material the two big inside pockets the hood is a good addition i can use it for different activities like walking and driving

the jacket is goo and adequately warm for australian winters ! M& S service and delivery was absolutely excellent .delivered to WA in 4 days , that must be a record !

I had to return it because the sleeve cuff insert had been badly stitched and gave the appearance of being torn. Fingers crossed that the second one I bought will be better made.

It was perfect ...... except there was no drawstring at the bottom which meant the fit wasn't very snug around the bottom. Seems like a silly oversight or poor decision as it spoilt what would have been a perfect coat.

This was bought online and did not meet expectations. An item that needs to be seen and tried on before purchasing. I took it back on the same day.

Excellent. Light weight with many pockets. Perfect for on the go people.

Great casual jacket for inclement weather on a early season cruise !

Although the body of the jacket fitted perfectly, and the quality and colour were very good, the arms were much too short, a fault which could not be tolerated in a garment which was for adverse weather. Keeping the wrists warm is vital. It was a real disappointment..

I was looking for a warm winter jacket and came across this hooded jacket with stormwear and thinsulate. I bought it during a 30% sale period, and therefore I felt that it would be good value for money. It looked attractive and I really wanted to like this jacket. However, there are several issues that I came to notice once I had been wearing it for a week: It needed to be slightly warmer, for my liking! I got it during a period of cold weather, so was able to test it out. The length, I feel, needed to be about an inch bigger for a slightly more enveloping feel. The front zip pockets needed to be slightly bigger, to accommodate a more comfortable fit for the hands. There are 2 inside pockets, which are spacious enough to accommodate wallet, phone, and so on. However, although they were fairly deep, they were positioned at the bottom, and didn't have a zip, which made me feel somewhat vulnerable about the possibility that items might fall out. It would be good to have zips for added protection. The main zip to fasten the jacket kept getting stuck. In the course of a week that I wore the jacket, it got stuck on 3 separate occasions. I was willing to make allowances for the first couple of occasions, but after the third incident, whereby I couldn't move the zip at all once it had got stuck, I decided to return it. I have to say that the return policy by M&S is excellent. I hope the above comments ares useful both for potential customers and to M&S.
