Autumn Harvest Arrangement

I ordered the flower arrangement for the 90th Birthday buffet table of a relation, it was much admired by many guests. Although not as full as shown in the photos the arrangement was perfect.

Deeply disappointed with this; I have bought many flower arrangements and bouquets from M&S over the years, and have always had a delighted response from the recipient. I happened to be present when this was delivered to a relative and couldn't believe how small it was. Definitely didn't look like £35 worth of flowers and arrangement.

I was very disappointed with the size of the arrangement. I was expecting it to be bigger than it was for the price payed. Flowers did not last very long either. Big disappointment this time Marks and Spencer.

I ordered this for my aunt's birthday. I was especially looking for something in a container as I didn't want her to have to sort out finding a vase. She called to tell me how beautiful it was, lovely colours and charming basket. I visited her a week later and the flowers were still going strong. The roses had arrived closed and had opened now and looked wonderful. Very pleased with the quality and the service from M&S. Just one comment - could you consider doing more flowers in containers please? Very handy when sending to people who are elderly or may not have a handy vase!

Had this arrangement sent to me as a retirement gift through the post . The packaging was brilliant and the arrangement arrived looking really fresh .The flowers lasted 2 weeks but the greenery has lasted much longer and I have added fresh flowers. On the whole a lovely arrangement that I was happy to receive and would be very happy to send to someone special.

Very good quality, but very small and unimpressive for the cost.

The recipient was over the moon with her 'Thank You' present, she said she was overwhelmed by the flower arrangement and the colours. she just LOVED it. To me that was the best compliment you could receive and I am so very happy that I chose M&S for this purpose and will continue to do so in the future. I ordered this arrangement for delivery to a relative recovering from an operation. It was actually she who arranged for a refund due to the very poor content. There were big gaps in between the flowers showing the base, and she realised they were very poor for the price. I found this very embarrassing to say the least. Perhaps the basket cost more than the flowers? Remedy this to save a lot of disappointed customers from the same fate.

We bought this for a house warming gift. Although the recipients were happy and sent a photo. We were disappointed as it lacked the number of blooms and wasn't as full as the advertising photograph so not quite the value for money that we have come to expect from M&S.

It was a birthday present for my wife. Was disappointing as looks much better in the picture. Flowers have lasted well so next time I would go for the bouquet.

This beautiful basket was received by my mother on her 90th birthday. It is a stunning rich display of autumnal colours which my mother was delighted with. Would order this again and again.

I ordered this display for my aunt, a retired florist, from my whole family who had just arrived home from hospital after an operation. A few days later I travelled up to visit her and was shocked at how small the basket of flowers is. It was attractive and the colours were beautiful but it looked as if we had spent a lot less than we had and probably thought how mean we were sending that little display from us all. I must admit to being disappointed.

My friend's mum received this gift and was delighted. She said the flowers were lovely and colourful.

This was for my mum who accommodated us last week. she loved them.
