  Atlantis has all the bright citrus of an elegant Sauvignon but with a complex ethereal charm all its own. Expect flowers, fresh fruits and a light mineral tang suggestive of its coastline location. Santorini is an amazing place to make wine: vines are protected from the brisk island winds by being formed into low basket shapes on the volcanic hillsides. The nestling Assyrtiko vines for this wine are over 60 years old, giving their fruit fabulously rich flavour.
