High/low dressing
The weekday-wear rule book has been torn up in the past couple of years, with home working helping us rediscover the joys of an elasticated waistband. While many spent last winter dressing entirely for comfort, now the high/low-dressing trend allows us to mix smarter fashion items – like this floral blouse – with more casual pieces: sneakers, beanies, leather jackets and so on. These pants themselves represent a high/low blend, with a tailoring-meets-sportswear feel (plus the all-important stretchy waistband).
The new loungewear
Hoodies deserve a firm place on the list of ‘things that got us through winter 2020’, and they're going nowhere for 2021. However, this year, rather than pairing them with pajama bottoms and slippers, add your wide-leg pants for a cool, laid-back look. Accessories add interest to a simple weekend outfit – we love this cute leather purse.
Un-drab your winter
Feeling dreary at the thought of winter’s return? Combat those grey days with colour pops of mood-lifting knitwear, worn under snuggly coats. A pair of wide-leg pants, a bright red sweater and a cosy cream shacket make the perfect winter-walk combination. We’ve also got plenty of gloves, scarves and hats to choose from when the weather turns extra nippy.
