SPRING BEDDING GUIDE

1 Buy the right bedding for the season – it’s the best way to keep cool and carry on. Choose a spring duvet with a low tog rating: somewhere between a 1 tog duvet and a 4.5 tog duvet should see you through to summer. If in doubt, go for a lighter option and keep a blanket or throw on standby so you can layer up or down. Our Comfortably Cool duvets, duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases cleverly draw moisture away from your skin, helping to keep your body temperature lower all night – pretty cool, when you think about it.

2 (Don’t) see the light. Lighter spring evenings and mornings can disturb those crucial first and last few hours of sleep. Try black-out blinds or thicker curtains to block out the light, or an eye mask to keep you in blissful darkness after dawn.
