How often will I receive personalised offers?

We try to ensure that you have regular offers on your account. However, sometimes you may not have any. This just means that we're working hard to bring you more that you can enjoy. Keep checking your account or emails to see when new rewards arrive

How will I know if I’ve received a new offer?

You will find all your rewards in your account. We recommend that you opt in to receive emails from Sparks, so that we can let you know each time a new offer arrives

Are joint Sparks accounts available?

Sparks offers are personalised to you, so unfortunately we cannot offer joint accounts

I have just joined Sparks online; do I need a physical card?

No, you don’t. Because Sparks is an online-only reward scheme, we don’t issue physical cards. To use the offers on your Sparks account, simply log in and shop as usual – they will be automatically applied at the checkout

I’ve heard I can get my order for free with Sparks, how does this work?

Each time you make an online purchase via your Sparks account, you receive the chance to get a full refund on your order. Once a month, at random, a number of customers will receive an email that their most recent order was free. This email will confirm the order details and the value of the refund

How do I shop my offers?

If they apply to the items in your basket, your offers will automatically apply at the checkout. If you have more than one offer in your account, we will attempt to apply as many of them as possible to your basket, to maximise your discount

However, it’s worth noting that some offers may not work in conjunction with others due to their terms and conditions. If you want to save an offer to use at a later date, simply click ’remove’ in the basket. If you want to add it back on, or apply another offer, you can do this by clicking ’apply’. All of your offers will have an expiry date, so make sure to check when it is

How many times can I use my offers?

Some offers are single-use only and others can be used several times. In your account, each offer will be labelled as ’single-use’ or ’multi-use’ so that you know the difference. We will also provide you with a countdown, to indicate how many days there are until the offer expires
