Wool Mattress Protector

I was not sure about this mattress protector but i am very pleased with it.The best thing is that it does not ruck up underneath the sheet also very comfortable.

I wondered about the wool content of this mattress protector, but the first night I put it on, we both said how comfortable it felt. Perfect fit and up to the standard I have come to expect from Marks and Spencer. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Look forward to the cooler nights and we can see if the wool lives up to the cooler/warmer promise. The outer fabric is a fine tight weave of cotton, good for it's anti allergy and dust mite properties. 5 stars.

We recently bought a memory foam mattress and have found that although it's comfortable it's impossible to sleep well as it's so hot. Had read reviews saying that a wool mattress protector is the answer and I'm pleased to say this is certainly the case for us. My husband and I have been sleeping much better since using this mattress protector.

I expected a really comfortable mattress protector. Instead got an uncomfortable one that crinkles like you'd expect a waterproof one to do. I paid the extra wanting luxury. Well save your money. Get a cheaper better one!

It crinkles up and causes sheet to too, it makes you very hot and sweat during the night. worst 3 nights sleep in ages. Now taken it off and sending back.

Exactly as anticipated and even makes the mattress warmer! Well pleased.

Very similar to the Forgarty mattress protector I have already. The wool filling definitely works. Will be buy another soon.

WWish the backing was natural also.

I thought I would pay a bit more for this "natural" mattress protector but am disappointed that the sides are a stretchy polypropylene. It was a great fit to start with but despite washing as per instructions either the wool base has shrunk or the sides have stretched.

The backing on the protector is made of a polypropylene mesh which is stiff, slipery on the mattress and crumples easily. Because of that it rucks up within an hour of getting into bed. It makes the bed uncomfortable to sleep in and I have to completely remake the bed every morning. I find that the wool filling works as it should do despite the polypropylene mesh. I couldn't return the protector as M&S said there were no faults in the manufacture. But I do regret buying this.
