Twiggy for M&S Collection Swing Shift Dress

The reviews for this dress were very mixed regarding the fabric quality and the length, but when it was reduced in the sale I decided to try it. How glad I am that I did; I am short so the length was right, the quality is excellent and I am totally delighted with it. I even had misgivings about the colour, but it's actually flattering. Well done Twiggy and M&S.

The design is lovely and it fits well. M & S must focus more on quality material. This dress would have been exceptional if it was not in jersey.

Great dress but to short ,lengthen it .

This a lovely dress. Good quality reflected in its price. I would have kept this dress but it is TOO SHORT and there is no hem allowance so that it could be let down. Most of your dresses this season have been too short. Better a bit longer with a hem allowance.

Nice smart shift dress which can be dressed up for a wedding or party or dressed down for ordinary wear. Ok for the office too

the dress arrived very creased ,it was too heavy and dark a color for summer ,like the same in a non crease lighter material for summer good idea not right material too creased

I was really impressed with this dress. It looks even better on and fits very well.

Everything about this dress was excellent except for the length which was very short. I am only 5'2" and this dress came barely to my knee, as I am no spring chicken don't like exposing my legs! If it had been longer I would have kept the dress and would have been very happy with the quality colour + style. It is unusual for me to complain that something is too short as over the past couple of years I have found trousers marked SHORT 2" longer in the leg than they were previously. Most of my shorter friends have also found this to be a problem and are now purchasing trousers elsewhere.

This dress is massive.Didn't need to undo the zip to get it on as it just went on over my head.Colour is as shown but texture of material is stiff and heavy like old fashioned crimplene.I am old enough to have worn shift dresses in the sixties and this does not resemble them in any way! Needless to say I returned it.

I was so disappointed with this dress. The cut and fit were far too large. I had ordered a 10 but it swamped me. I have returned it.
