Suede Lace Up Shoes with Insolia Flex®

I bought these shoes (described as 'wine' but actually brown!) for my daughter as part of her Christmas present. When they arrived, they were faulty and unwearable - the soles, on the inside, were ridged, as though a layer had been left out in the manufacture. Otherwise, they would have been perfect! What happened to quality control? I have wasted time and effort to no avail.

Upon opening the parcel the first thing i thought was these have been worn. The combination of the colour [brown] and suede just gave a well worn look. They did not look smart. The style and fit are great. A 6.5 size did not give much room but were comfortable to walk in.

Excellent walking shoes with a stylish and luxurious finish. The colour is not brown (as in the photo) but more a wine colour which is very delicate and matches well with virtually any combination of colours. These shoes meet my requirements for a shoe which looks good and allows me to walk fast and confidently. A good classic choice for an English lady about town. My shoe size is 5 1/2 (European 39)

I have to say these are one of the best shoes I've bought this year. I love the wine colour, traditional and expensive look. I have worn them to work and they havent rubbed at all. Totally worth the money, thanks m&s!
