Striped Beach Dress

I'm normally between size 10/12 so bought this dress in size 12. it was very tight around the armholes, so had to return it. Also slightly too long, would have been better if just above knee rather than below.

A very nice summer day/beach dress. Good length. Happy with it.

Must try on! the draw string really tailors what looks quite big when you first take it out of the packaging.

Looked better on the model and in the picture! To be returned.

A nice reasonable dress for beach or casual wear, not for smart wear. I ordered this when I read previous reviews regarding the short bodice (waistline too high) and pleased to say that it is a perfect fit for me with the waist sitting on my waistline - ideal for someone of 4'10" height. I agree it would not suit a taller person.

I liked this dress but it was a tad too long. I ordered the size 12 and the hem came halfway up the calf.and I,m of average height.Rather an unusual fabric my husband thought it looked rather like mattress ticking! I quite liked the styling but because of the longer length and my husband,s comments I returned it.

Ideal dress to slip over swimwear when leaving pool or beach.

I tried so hard to like this on me as I loved the material, so soft and comfortable for hotter climates but alas the fit let it down. The size 12 (my normal size) did not hang well at all much too big. The size 10 fitted much better but I found the neck too high and the shoulders were tight (same with the size 12}, so it wasn't the size it was the shape of the dress. Such a pity as I love cheesecloth and the stripe.

I bought several expensive dresses last year, and none of them fitted like this one, I am extremely pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone. For the money I would say it is the best money I have spent on a dress in a long time, the fit was perfect length correct, and it looks a million dollar. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dress was actually blue and white not pale grey and blue as it appears on the website. It fits well and has pockets so a really relaxed dress. I think however with something under the skirt you could wear it into town as a relaxed holiday dress
