Silk Pyjamas

I don't usually wear pyj's preferring to wear nightdresses but having to go into hospital I decided that these would be a better option. I was pleased when they arrived , the material feels lovely but I have to admit that a more modern design would have suited me been better.

Bought these at full price. They arrived minus a button so had to use the spare. Wouldn't have minded so much if they'd been reduced. So difficult to get that I've just kept them but wouldn't recommend.

As comfortable and sensuous as expected, but disappointed that the buttons fell off within 1 or 2 days. Why cannot you get this right for such a quality product??

Every so often M&S get something right for ladies with legs, but not this time. These are undeniably lovely and with a 30" inside leg probably suitable for most but another couple of inches and they would have been perfect. Sadly the cuffs on the sleeves and legs are separate pieces, had they been turn-ups that could have been let down I would have given full marks all round. Although true to size consider going up one as, with all silk, there's no give and having a bit more room to move around in will help stop pulling at the seams.

Really love these pyjamas - looking forward to wearing them. The colour is more of a chestnut mushroom colour, but lovely. They are great value for money.

These pyjamas are good quality and very comfortable. Although they do come out creased after going through the washing machine - which is not the case with the satin ones in the same range.

I have much enjoyed wearing these lovey satin pyjamas. They are unmistakeably feminine and yet one could 'get by' even wearing them in mixed company. They would make an ideal purchase for anyone who would like to embark on the great pleasure of wearing feminine things at night. I was concerned size 16-18 might be too big but I need not have worried.

I like these pjs. I always buy silk becos it's great if you get too hot at night. But the quality could be better: they could have french seams, especially at crutch and inside leg, and the buttons aren't secure. I have had to sew 2 back on after a few days. The buttons on mine are not the same as picture. Mine are self covered, very small and less comfortable than the normal ones in the photo. The colour is not really black, more a rather nice very dark brown. They are good value because pure silk pjs are really costly, good ones are well over £100, you get what you pay for I suppose.

Wonderful silk, soft and comfy and washes well. But like a previous reviewer, 3 buttons fell off in first 3 days! So not very well finished. Excellent value, especially when bought on special offer day. (Thought they were expensive till I tried to find equivalent anywhere else, then realised excellent value.)
