Great trousers, good quality and value for money. However, only buy them in store, do NOT buy them delivered. M&S didn't have my size in stock so they ordered them in - when I collected them they were so badly creased it would have need a visit to the dry cleaners to fix, so I returned them, only for the next pair to be exactly the same. There seems to be an problem with the way the trousers are packed and delivered. I returned the second pair and complained to the Duty Manager at Hedge End, who was fantastic and restored my confidence in M&S. She found a pair in store and even had them pressed for me. She had offered to drop into the Camberley store to see if they had a pair. Thanks Felicity.

I purchased these trousers for business, and was a bit nervous buying them online without trying them on and seeing them first. As it turned out, they were a perfect fit, and the quality was excellent. I'm certainly a happy customer.
