In reply to anda2 you should have double checked the product and seen that the buttons go down the side. This is very good for children with other special needs such as non mobile children

i bought this dress for my son 6 yr old with autism , I did not know firstly that it has got buttons in the legs side all the way otherwise i would not have bought it .Why would M &S think that a special needs child would not be able to open this dress and get to nappy . I stitched the legs all the way but still use less as the top buttons are on the side which any child can easily open , my son took it off in 2 seconds . I would recumbent the button at the side should have been on the back and no buttons on the legs . common sense . should not say suitable for special needs , i wish i had not stitched it would have returned it .
