Pure Cotton Shell Print Cardigan

Saw this in the sale online and ordered it for my mum who is only a size 8. She and her friend are going on a cruise later in the year to celebrate their 80th birthdays. This cardi will be ideal for cooler evenings with a nice fuschia or blue top underneath. Although bought for my mum, the style is suited to all age groups and can be dressed up or down

Cardi is pretty and goes well with jeans or skirt. Very comfortable to wear and length just right. Colour useful as goes well with dark or light clothing. Very pleased with this purchase.

Very pretty, comfortable fit. Prefer to wear it as a jumper rather than a cardigan.

I saw this in store sometime before it appeared on the web site, so I was fine with the colour, unlike the previous reviewer - although I agree that the colour looks a lot lighter on the web page than it actually is. Once again for me the fit is an issue. I am between a 12 and 14, but bought a 10 in this cardigan. Why are these cardigans so big now? Also, it is described as a shell print cardigan but the design looks like flowers to me, and they are embroidered, not printed - which is better. Also, there is an inside panel of non-stretch cotton fabric across the back shoulders which I really don't see is necessary - and because this doesn't stretch you can feel it when worn. However, over all I do like this cardigan, and I bought it with a 20% off promotion - I am not sure I would have paid full price for it.

I expected this to be white but it is in fact a grubby looking beige colour. The fit is OK but I found it very disappointing.
