- Elasticizer: for best results use regularly. Before shampooing, wet hair and apply in sections. Work into hair with finger tips. Cover with a plastic cap and leave for 10-20 minutes before washing. Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kinsley shampoo, conditioner and scalp toner. Pk prep polishing balm: apply sparingly throughout towel dried hair, concentrating on mid lengths and ends. Blow-dry and style as required. Smooth over dry hair for an extra sleek look
