Plain Dye Sateen Oxford Pillowcase

Like the fitted sheet, excellent value combined with good looks.. However, I made a mistake with this product as I have square pillows but... I was able to squash them into the cases. Would look better if they were in cases that fitted. My error.

I bought these pillow cases to match a cream 300 TC Autograph duvet cover which has been discontinued and they match really well, the creams are the same shade, the piping doesnt match but this is a minor detail for me. V nice quality and large for plump pillows and I think they are worth the price.

I've been bemoaning the fact that in recent years the fabric of pillowcases (I buy cotton) has been getting thinner and thinner. Finally, I've found some that have more body (which understandably cost a bit more although I bought mine with a 20% reduction), and these are beautiful. Unlike some reviewers' experiences, the ones I have are beautifully stitched and finished, wash and iron well, and happen to fit my pillow perfectly. Soft and smooth, too.

Bought the pillowcases together with the duvet cover in cream. Wish I never had. Washed b4 use & 1 pillowcase changed colour to pink! All washed together with no added washing in the machine & followed the instruction. Came out like dish cloths. Have to iron them & after not ironed bed linen before (as previous bed linen was 1st class, no need to iron). Next day everything was terribly creased & looked absolutely awful. Never, never again and very costly. Won't buy this brand again.

I've purchased Autograph pillowcases before but these were not as good as the ones I bought previously. The edge stitching is not straight and they are very difficult to iron as they keep twisting and creasing. I would say they are like seconds so I will not pay your price for any more.

These pillow cases are first-class, albeit on the expensive side. They looked a tad large, but are fine once fitted over pillows.

When you lay your face onto the pilow case it feels so silky and cool yet when its cold it feels so warm. In fact it seems to adjust to your body temprature. Its feels just like high quality silk, so opulent. Washing and ironing is first class and it maintains its shape. It always looks new. Fantastic buy.

Great match for recently bought fitted sheets. Good fit soft and comfortable.

This satin-finish feel cotton is really lovely to sleep in and feels much more luxurious than ordinary cotton or cotton/polyester bedlinen. I was lucky enough to get it on a Home discount day - so extra good value. I do recommend it.

I recently spent rather a lot of money on 4 of these pillowcases (2 mink, 2 cream) 3 whole weeks ago, 2 of the extra deep fitted sheets (again, mink and cream) and matching duvet covers. Now i have slept on them, divine, and washed and ironed them - really lovely and easy to iron, i am extremely annoyed that on trying to buy another set of the cream pillowcases that i am totally unable to as they are being "phased" out. Brilliant M&S, what an absolute waste of a few hundred pounds as i cannot complete the set.
