Fitbit Charge Wireless Activity & Sleep Tracking Wristband (Large)

I bought one of these in June 2015. Within a few months, the display would randomly flick on without any button being pressed - irritating for my husband, a light sleeper who wakes if a light comes on. Then the Fitbit stopped displaying a low battery indicator, except on the app which I don't look at every 5 minutes, until the battery was so depleted that the display did not work. Finally, the silicone strap started to come away from the actual Fitbit unit - this was less than a year after I got it. Yesterday, it came away far more, and when I removed it, fell apart completely. The functions of the Fitbit are fantastic, but for the price I would expect it to last longer than 16 months, especially when it wasn't worn for about 6 weeks of that time and it was always looked after. Poor.

The item arrived on time and was quick from time of order. Exactly as expected and no operational issues worked first time.

I bought a Fitbit Charge at the beginning of this week. Yesterday it fell off while I was out walking. I now find this is a common fault. Do not waste your money. Fitbit Customer Service offer 25% off your next purchase but recommended I upgrade to a Fitbit Charge HR. I will not be buying any further products from Fitbit. Very poor value and quality.

Love it! Easy to set up, synchronised to my mobile app with ease. Although the strap is a bit on the large side to look at on slim wrist it is a good fit.
