Lace-up Trainers

Saw these in the sale, but my size 5 was sold out, but kept on looking. Went in a shopping trip found M&S and they had the trainers size 5 in the sale. Tried them on fit great and really comfy. Very happy.

Delighted with these trainers which I am now breaking in. They are generous in width and toe box which means they are comfortable on my big feet. The back of the heel is padded so offers protection for my Achilles heel. The laces are what I expected on a casual shoe. The contrast of darker leather means the occasional scuff will not show, and the punch hole allows for ventilation. Normally my trainers destiny is the gym but these like Best of British are of high enough standard to wear about town. So will be using them all Summer. At £22 in the sale they are great value, there seem a better investment than the punch hole ones. They remind me of Hotter.

I'd been looking at a few different pairs of white trainers in different websites, ranging from these at £45 to almost identical designs between £90 and £135. I read the reviews about the Autograph trainers and thought it best to see them in the flesh so to speak. I could have squeezed into a 5 but bought the 6 and with wandering for a few hours in the heat today, they were just perfect when you allow for foot swell. No rubbing and I love the chunky sole which is what I was primarily after. I had a 20% discount voucher as well but would have paid full price for these as well worth the money in style and comfort!

Bought these for a city break hoping to walk comfortably from one attraction to another. However the tongue dug into my foot at the front and the whole fit was generally poor. I'll be putting them in the bin when I get home.

The trainers are fine except on the second time I wore them one of the laces broke

The first time I put these on the left lace snapped! The shoes are slightly big for the size. Too fed up to return them I replaced the laces with quality ones which are fine and put an insert into the shoes.

I didn't like the fit of these trainers, they came up high at the back which rubbed on my left foot. Maybe it's the shape of my foot but I returned them. They were also alot rounder at the front than they looked online.

Lovely colour, making pleasant change from the usual white. A little on the large side but very comfortable, soft leather.

I normally take an 8 in trainers so ordered these online in the sale as they were the only size left. When tried on, they looked and felt enormous. I was lucky enough to swap them for a 7 at my local store. These are a much better fit and are extremely comfy, with plenty of toe-wriggling room and depth for some awkward toes. An ideal shoe for walking or being on my feet all day. The light colour is attractive for spring although nothing like that shown on the web page. It was described as nude' and appeared as a blush pink although in reality was more of a sandy beige.

I liked these trainers and ordered them to click and collect as you never seem to have my size (5) in the shops. They were too narrow so I had to return them. I later tried a size 6 but it was too long. 5 1/2 would probably have been OK but you don't do half sizes in this style.
