Lace Split Back Maxi Dress with Belt

I cannot believe that I managed to get this dress for 50% off!!! I have been looking at it all summer wondering where I would wear such a dress but the sale was announced and I just had to have it!!! Well worth the wait ......the style is so flattering and the shape is fabulous too. Well fitted and beautiful quality it will when I finally find some place to go look stunning!!!

Purchased this dress for a special celebration (having hunted all over for a posh frock). It is a beautiful dress, I'm 5' 3" and it was a maxi on me! As it has a black belt it looked nice with black strappy high-heels and a black jacket which is a slightly unusual combination.....anyway got a lot of compliments. It also washes well on a 30 deg delicate wash. The only slight issue I had was that the zip is very stiff. But really a lovely dress!! Well done M&S.

Loved this on the shop model, fits to a T - very straight Fabric doesn't give. It is also a bit short waisted for me but I really want it to work so will keep it!

I really wanted to love this dress but it just didn't look right - not mid calf and not a true maxi about 3 inch off my ankle - just didn't look right and the zip at the back didn't sit flat and made the split gather and pucker up therefore sadly returned No give in the fabric and very straight up and down - ok if you are size 8-12 but not for the larger lady The lace and colour lovely and similar to skirt bought last year - would be ideal for a wedding dress overseas or special occasion but just not for me
