Lace Insert Floral Skater Dress

Viewed the item in M&S Liverpool but they did not have my size so purchased my size online. The dress was fine except for a small tear on the seam in way of the hem. Returned the dress to M&S Southport without any fuss and re-ordered the same model dress in store. Unfortunately the dress when it arrived had a design manufacturing problem with the bodice of the dress ( mishapen) and once again had to return the item to the Southport store. The dress design was good and just what I wanted, it was a great pity that on both occasions the finished product failed to live up to my expectations. I did not bother to try for third time lucky as Christmas was unpon us. Extremely disappointed.

I got this dress in the sale and am pleased with my purchase. As I am quite tall I can struggle to find dresses that sit on the knee, which this does. I like the style and on a slim frame it's really flattering and the material is really soft. Can be dressed for the office or for evening wear.

Poor material and illfitting dress. This time the picture really told a lie. So the dress will go back.

Really liked the look of this dress on line. Disappointed with fabric, very thin with no body. Colour and style looked really old fashioned on me, my daughter's comment was that I looked really frumpy. Didn't find the fit very good either. Sorry to say it will be going back, shame!
