Faux Shearling Turn Up Hat

I bought this in the sale because my current winter hat keeps slipping; it has a kind of shiny fur lining that is slippy though I like the style. This one grips the head much better. You can also alter it by pulling down the brim, to make it more interesting. I bought the tan and then went back and bought the other colour in case I lost my hat! This a not a bad fit but a trifle big- still it cannot fit everyone and its quite wearable. I love it, make me think I am a Russian.

This has a fleece like lining, which is soft and comfortable. I'm not a hat person but this will keep me warm against bitter winds and snow, when needed, its smart too. A great alternative to fur or shiny linings, that usually iritate.

I was so pleased to find a hat which was sized small/medium, and as I had matching gloves I ordered the hat online. Oh dear! The furry trim looked tatty and when I took the hat off I had wool all over my head. When I showed my husband he said I looked like I was wearing a dead animal. Fit was good. Hat was returned to store.

I bought this hat in the chocolate colour and am very pleased with it. Wore it for the first time today. It is comfortable and fits nicely over my ears, keeping them warm. I feel the hat is smart and stylish without being too dressy. Would suit all ages.

I took a chance with this hat because it isn't real shearling, but it looks and feels great. Not easy to find a warm hat in a small size that isn't a beanie. Thanks M&S.
