Embroidered Mesh & Velour Panelled Bodycon Maxi Dress

Only problem although I love it I had to have it shortened because there was not a choice of lengths.

I feel very slinky wearing this. Enhances my figure putting curves in the right places . Dress turns heads upon entering the room. Nice to have an evening dress with sleeves , useful in the colder weather. I am about 5ft 11 tall so a good length on me , even a bit longer would be fine . Lovely rich warm colour and nice detailing. One drawback : the first dress had to be returned as it did not hang properly on the left side, perhaps the panels had not been cut or sewn together properly

This dress looks great on me (NOT being a model!) it shows off the curves in the right places, is elegant and stylish. I like the lace sleeves (always an attractive feature) and the patterns made of the lace inserts with the velour. The colour is good too for evening events. The length is just right - no need to shorten and a size 12 fits very well. (14 too large). I was very lucky to get this at half price too! Just hope I don't see other people wearing this at any event I go to!

I am 5ft 7" and size 16/18. Size 16 was perfect fit and length fine. Gives you a good shape and colour is lovely

Beautiful dress but badly aligned panels that are very noticeably out of line when worn. Also, the left hand side of the dress is longer than the right side. I am a very disappointed customer. What happened to M&S quality control?

This is not the same quality as another of your evening dresses I bought at a similar price last year. Seams were all lumpy and I felt it looked frumpy on. The lace sleeves were 'snug' and it would have been better if there had been a bit more stretch in the fabric. Disappointed as body con style normally works well for me.

Loved the dress but very long and could not shorten

Lovely dress,fit well,looked good,but Oh! So long for my 5ft 4 " frame..M & S do take note,we are NOT all 5ft 11" models...Can we have these maxi dresses in 2 lengths please? Returned to store..sadly

I bought this beautiful dress in a 14 online. The body itself was a perfect fit BUT the sleeves were so small that I couldn't even get the cuffs over my knuckles. I was sooooo disappointed M&S. Something went wrong with the quality control as the sleeves were just not proportionate to the size of the dress. Sadly, I had to return.

I thought this dress was going to be just what I needed. However, when I tried it on, I found that the side seams around the hip area were rather puckered and didn't lie flat, and the keyhole bit at the back didn't lie flat either. Disappointed so had to return it.
