Embellished Collar Fit & Flare Dress

This dress had a lovely collar, nice sheer sleeves and has a good length but that was all I liked about it. This dress doesn't fit well because it is cut too small on the bust so instead of needing my usual size 8 I had to get a size 10. This meant that the sleeves looked too big and it made me look too wide, instead of being a fit and flare. This is disappointing since it looked no where near as good as it did on the advert/online.

The dress was pretty although darker colour than expected but zip was impossible to do up when on as there was far too much material so had to return sadly as such good price

I love this dress. I get on really well with Limited Edition pieces and I think the collection is really cute, fun and young without compromising the quality. The pastel blue duck egg colour is really flattering, and I love the cute details like the Peter Pan collar. The fit and flare shape is also really flattering and feminine too. Chiffon material is nice and quite dressy for me so I'm saving it for nights out and days when I'm going for a smarter look however could defiantly be dressed down if you wanted. True to size and a good fit, perhaps would have preferred it an inch shorter if I was to be really picky. So pleased with this dress!!! Make more like it!!!

I am a curvy size 12, and found this dress fitted beautifully. I have had loads of compliments when wearing it out and think it looks a lot more expensive than it is. New favourite daytime date dress! Thank you M&S!

Disappointed that when the dress arrived, the colour was actually closer to grey than the blue it appears in the image and tv advert. Would be difficult to coordinate other items with due to the colour. Fit was tight across the shoulders but generous across the hips. Zip was also very stiff.

Bought this dress as soon as I saw it in the print ads as I loved the detail on the collar. The dress was a lovely unusual shade of blue and as hoped the embelishment on the collar was really pretty. The fit was true to size, however I did feel it was bordering on too short for me to be comfortable (and I'm only 5ft 4"). Unfortunately I returned the dress as the style did not look right on me- I don't think the collared style flattered a bigger bust at all. Would love to see something similar in a top or blouse though.

I ordered this dress on line, but when I received it, I was disappointed. The collar was beautiful, embossed with pearls but I thought the dress looked rather 'school girlish'. It was plain apart from the lovely collar. I took it back to your Exeter branch yesterday 10/8/14 and received a refund. On the way out, I saw a beautiful pink 'evening' type dress, Lace Hot Pink, Code:02688428. It is very pretty and just what I was looking for to attend a function.

The dress fitted lovely but there are pleats on the side of dress. I am size 14 and curvaceous, the pleats made me look wider. It is a dress suited to those who need to accentuate their hips. Lovely colour and collar!

Saw this dress online and decided that it was perfect for my daughter to wear for a family occasion next week. Duly set off to nearest M&S and was delighted to see dress in stock. That's where it all went wrong. First dress she tried on had faulty zip (lots of loose threads hanging, preventing zip from going up and down). Sales assistant very apologetic and immediately went to fetch another from rack. This zip was even worse - completely unworkable. Enough was enough. We went to look at the dresses on the sales rack - every dress in my daughter's size had a zip that stuck fast at the waistband. Poor workmanship spoiling what is really a lovely dress at a great price. What happened to quality control? I don't expect this poor quality from M&S.
