Double Riptape Sandals

bought size 8,much too short in length,very disappointing,it cant be that much trouble to keep to proper sizes

I have been looking for sandals similar to these for a while, and they looked great on line. I was happy with the look of them (style, quality etc). However, when I tried them on the top strap over the top of the foot was way too short. They look like they have been designed for people with beanpoles as legs! This was disappointing as I have been more than happy with other on-line purchases though the M&S website. I returned them (which was remarkably easy) and obtained a full refund

Unlike other reviewers the size 9 fitted me perfectly and the velcro straps were more than adequate to secure the sandals

I have other M&S sandals of the same size as these that I ordered that fit perfectly, my toes overhang at the front of these. Far too small for the size.

These sandals were purchased for my Father but he was unable to fasten them up as the strap across the front of the ankle was far too short to reach the corresponding piece of Velcro. The straps were at least two inches shorter than those on the more expensive sandals sold in my local M&S store and I would therefore consider this to be a serious design fault.
