Textured Straw Trilby Hat

In the last two years I have returned more items of clothing than I have kept because the finish is not good enough. This hat is generally good but the joins are untidy and that was exactly the problem with a number of polo shirts where the collars looked as if they were beginning to fray. I returned a panama hat, I couldn't believe how poor the finish was at £49.50. M&S need to do something about quality control or lose more of the market.

He loved this hat but decided to keep the 'sun hat' ordered as a practical choice.

Bought this for hubby , large (usual size) came up too big so opted for the medium which fits a treat.
