Ok, I’ll be honest – yesterday I was extolling the virtues of mixing up a round of port-laced Princeton cocktails, but in the fresh new dawn of 2018, I’m focusing a little more on the detox with three easy recipes for fruit and yoghurt smoothies. Packed with fresh and frozen fruit, live yoghurt and nutty toppings, the first will boost your sunshine levels with mango, cucumber, orange juice, grated ginger and a little ground turmeric. Or to up your antioxidants, blitz a defrosted pack of our black forest fruit selection with a pot of our dairy-free vanilla coconut cream (chocolate shavings optional). My favourite is apple and date live yoghurt blended with apple juice and spinach and topped with seeds.
