And there’s no need to miss out on your Friday night favourites: try our Plant Kitchen dirty fries, with their golden skin and oozy cashew cheese topping, or Plant Kitchen margherita pizza, made with a hand-stretched sourdough base and tangy tomato toppings. The star of the show is our delicious no-beef burger, served in a soft bun with our new vegan coleslaw and dairy-free cheese. Here’s to a tasty, plant-based night in!
Forget everything you thought about veggie burgers: our new Plant Kitchen no-beef burger, available in store, is a game-changer. It’s made with vegetable suet that melts as the burger cooks, creating that all-important juicy texture, as well as soya mince for the perfect bite. Serve in a fluffy bun with fresh tomatoes, onion, lettuce and mustard, or try the three tasty topping ideas below.
Miso slaw: mix soya yoghurt with miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil and the juice of a lime. Toss through shredded red cabbage and carrot.
Chipotle dip: stir one teaspoon of M&S chipotle paste through two tablespoons of soya yoghurt. Garnish with fresh lime zest.
Scandi-style dill yoghurt: stir fresh capers and a handful of chopped fresh dill through soya yoghurt, and serve with sliced red onions steeped in a little red wine vinegar and salt.
