Brick Print Scuba Shift Dress

I had to return the dress as it was way to short. I do love it and I think it fit perfectly however the length is not great (unless you want a mini dress). It is a shame as otherwise I would have loved it

M&S have absolutely got everything right with this dress. The design is striking and the fit is extremely comfortable and very flattering. The tulip style hides everything around the middle, the sleeve length is just right to cover the top of the arms and not too far from the elbows. The cost is perfect. I haven't washed the dress yet so can't comment on how well it looks afterwards. I would be more than happy to have a range of colours particularly black, purple/blue and red - block colours as well as various designs. 10/10 for this item.

I was not sure about the fabric when it arrived but when I tried it on it fitted nicely around the middle and was quite flattering. BUT the neckline was awful, very poor fit. It seemed too big around the neck and when I moved my arms the shoulders and whole dress lifted up and stayed there. Maybe if you have a large bust it wouldn't do this. I'm afraid it had to be returned.

One of the reasons I am reluctant to buy clothes online was proved on the purchase of this dress! Despite reading all the blurb, watching the video etc I was very disappointed. Although I loved the style and colour, the material was awful and had I seen this in store, would never have purchased it. I was so disappointed I returned it to store without even trying it on.

I bought this dress, although not usually my style, but I loved the look of the green and black and was thinking, with a nice pair of heels and some black tights, it would look amazing....and it does. It is a strange almost rubbery material, very unusual and not something I have come across before, but it works and it fits like a dream I now cant wait for the cold weather to come so that I can try it out and wait for admiring comments and glances !

I loved the look of this dress when i saw it on line but when it arrived, oh dear what a disappointment.The material was awful it stuck out and had no softness or shape.Had it been in wool or crepe it would of been lovely.Sorry m&s you got this totally wrong.

I was very disap. It said it was lined but when it arrived it wasn't and so didn't have a good shape. I returned it disappointed.

Wanted to like this dress so much as I loved the pattern and colour. Unlike other reviewers I found the dress a poor fit, too big and shorter than it looks on the website. It is a good quality fabric but has no zip. I found when I raised my arms the whole dress moved up and bunched up round the neckline and shoulders. I don't think a smaller size would solve the problem. Sadly the dress will be returned.

Looks good with black sandals, no doubt it will carry through to winter with black tights and boots. Fabric is good , am sure it will retain its shape when washed. The size is big I really should have brought a smaller size but could not wait to wear it. Recommend a good work dress woth balc blazer.
