Anti Allergy 13.5 Tog All Season Duvet

Thought this would be ideal for our Motorhome. Sadly not. Loads of loose threads,missing stud, poppers not fitting and ultimate fault ....quilts different sizes!! Fix them together and there were huge "lumps" as the quilts did not align. Very disappointing. I read the reviews and did not really think they were that serious...but they all are valid. For Marks and Spencer, they are awful quality. I'm beginning to doubt the MandS traditional durable sustainable ethos of quality no matter what. I returned them and , the staff , as usual were courteous and apologetic. The assistant took my word that they were faulty and did not look at the photos I took of the aforementioned failures. M and S, with so may poor reviews, this product quality needs addressing now.

Ive had this Duvet 6 months and its terrible, I really think this has a design flaw as the fluff inside all clumps together making the duvet look extremely messy,lumpy and bumpy! its practically useless! I'm so so disappointed with M & S. The quality should be so much better. My tip....Do not buy. Im going to see if i can return it.

We had none of the popper problems previous reviews have warned of, however each time we changed the duvet we noticed loose fluff everywhere- but thought nothing of it. When we separated it into it's two parts a few weeks ago we realised that the quilting on the 9 tog duvet had pulled out (the threads were pulling out the fluff) and all the wadding had migrated to the edges leaving the centre portion empty. Unfortunately this rendered the duvet pointless as it was no longer quilted and we returned it. Had this duvet for 6 months, as an all season duvet we expected it to last at least four seasons.

An excellent all season duvet as the product name says. I wasn't aware when I bought it that it is actually two duvets that can be separated. My only criticism is that there are long stitches , like loose threads which I presume are part of the design to hold the filling in place on the duvet cover. Apart from these long stitches I have no criticism. I have slept wonderfully since purchasing.

Surprisingly, M&S really got this one wrong. The details don't tell you this is two separate quilts that are held together with 6 flimsy poppers. Two sides of the duvet have no poppers so in the night, one quilt wriggles and folds under the other. When you shake the duvet to re-align the two together, the poppers fly open resulting in having to unbutton the cover every morning to re pop the poppers!! So infuriating. I had to return mine and quite honestly think M&S should de-list this product before anyone else has to experience the same expensive frustrations.

Definitely the best duvet we have had. It is soft and comfortable, doesn't slip or move and so warm during the winter months.

Just unwrapped it and one popper is broken and another half of one is missing. Also lots of loose threads. Next task is carrying this heavy item into town and returning it!!

I wanted this duvet as it is good for warm or cold weather

We've so far used the 9 tog part of the duvet only. It's soft, lightweight and warm.

Love the versatility of this duvet set, allowing for different warmth ratings throughout the year. It can be machine washed, so is ideal for children.
