About this bottle: Ken Forrester has a justified reputation for South African Chenin Blanc and he knows there are few sites to rival Stellenbosch, sheltering in the shadow of the mighty Cape Mountains with its soothing breezes to nurture the grape. Working with M&S for more than 10 years on this bespoke blend he matures a small proportion in French oak barrels.

About this bottle: The little-known Godello variety is fast making a name for itself, especially when grown in the cool, Atlantic-influenced vineyards of Galicia in north-west Spain. We're proud to be working with the outstanding team at Pazos del Rey in the Val de monterrei to create this appley, honeysuckle-scented white, which was left unoaked to promote freshness and purity.

About this bottle: he blend of peachy Marsanne with the fragrant, herb-scented roussanne is a classic one. the grapes were grown in the prime longhorne creek region, south of Adelaide in the vicinity of lake Alexandria. Here, the dry, breezy ans sunny conditions give naturally characterful wines: this succulent yet delicate white was left unoaked for maximum freshness and elegant restraint.

Winemaker Sam Wigan picks the grapes at night and leaves the wine un-oaked to keep it fresh and zesty.
