I am very pleased with my new shoes

These shoes are very comfortable although I have put an insole in them as I found the soles a little on the thin side and I have a very narrow foot. They are very lightweight and comfortable to walk in.

Never had Airflex before, but will buy again. I recently had back surgery and the cushioning certainly helps to absorb impact of walking in normal shoes. (They also polish up nicely, too)

My husband is very pleased with the shoes, they fit well are very light and look good. He has had some difficulty with shoes in the past but these are exceptionally good.

Good quality, comfortable and a good fit - not much more to say!

After previous experience of wearing Airflex Shoes, I had the misfortune to have some problems with my last pair due to the sole actually 'Breaking Up' rather than showing signs of wear. They were over a year old but M&S recocognised the problem and offered a Refund or Replacement! As the type of shoe was no longer available I opted for a Replacement but paid extra for the new type of shoe. On the Web Site, the new shoe looked like it was Leather and was described as such but when I received them it looked like a 'Nubuck' - 'Suede Type' finish so I was a little disappointed. However, I like the shoes and they are sooo......comfortable. On the 'Plus' Side, the Service from Head Office and the M&S in Swindon was of the Highest Quality. Their attitude and approach to my problem etc, cannot be faulted. Well Done M&S! 'Smart 70s' . Swindon. Wilts

The shoes look like polished brown leather on the website, but are in fact pale brown suede. Disappointing.

Top class in-store purchase. Soft quality leather, I really punish my shoes in all conditions and can say that this pair is built for comfort and built to last. Well done M@S.
