• ABOUT THIS WINE:Try this unusual modern wine from the village of St Mont in south-west France. The vineyards stretch out over both sides of the river Adour, and benefit from sunny hot days and cool night-time temperatures. There is a blend of classic grapes from the region, including Gros Manseg, Arrufiac, Petit Courbu and the fruit was hand-picked at dawn to maximise the freshness. The winemaker was Patrick Azcue
