Petit Noir Viognier - Case of 6
Sorry, this item is no longer available
Wonderfully satin-smooth Viognier brimming with buttery vanilla aromas, with subtle hints of violet and green apple in the background. This is a gorgeously fruity wine that balances exuberance with amazing subtlety. There's a lovely mandarin and lemon tang of acidity and a firm, mineral finish that keeps it lively and tongue-tingling.
Charismatic English winemaker Hugh Ryman moved to France in 1974 with his family. After finishing his oenology studies in Bordeaux, he began flying all over the world - to more than17 different countries - to make wine. Today he has settled down, and this gorgeous Southern French Viognier is the result of gently fermented grapes given a three month rest on their yeast lees. No oak was needed to supplement this wine's vivid natural fruit characters.

Excellent value for money - recommend
Yes, I recommend this
Was on offer, but would purchase at full price - same excellent quality and great drinking, crisp fresh, lovely with chicken and fish or as an aperitif . The other wines in this Petit Noir range ie Petit Noir Grenache - excellent too!

Not for me
No, I don't recommend this
This wine was lovely on the front of the tongue, but, left me with a staleness aftertaste which lingered some time.

Voignier is my favourite wine. This one meets my expectations. Excellent value especially when two boxes are bought. Also loved the label!

Beautiful smooth tasting wine. Bought it when on offer, as base price quite expensive, but well worth the money.
