No, I don't recommend this
The fish itself was delicious however the couscous stuffing whilst tangy, was very stodgy and dense. It would have been nicer if it was light and fluffy.

Really easy to cook, just stick in the oven. Chlii gives it an unexpected kick so serve with boiled spuds or couscous rather than creamy mash. Impressive to serve.

I had a slightly different one - stuffed with fennel, etc. and served with a beurre blanc sauce. I can't find it now on your website. TRULY HORRIBLE - it was so salty it was inedible. We had to throw most of it away.

Did not order this but was sent this in error so had to serve it to friends and family. More than lightly smoked, strange taste, the butter on top just burns and gives that part of the fish a burn taste. Did want in the first place and would not get it again.
