Bought these boots because they were easy to get on and off. They are so comfortable. I bought them in October and have not taken them off. Have trouble with my feet and walking but these have been fantastic. Bought the Brown as well last week and have recomended these boots to other friends who have trouble with their feet too. They are light to wear and easy to clean.

I usually wear size 5 but bought these in 4.5, they are absolutely fabulous I love them. In fact I have just bought another pair as I have already worn them so much. It is a lovely combination of looking smart and being comfortable - so perfect.

I ordered a 7 which is my normal size, and the size I have numerous other M&S shoes and boots in - however these I could barely squeeze my foot in. They are lovely boots, however definitely need a next size up.

The leather feels hard and looks cheap. Toes are quite pointed - more so than I realised from the photos on website. One pair too small, next half size up I could take off without undoing the zip! Kept the larger size as I needed a pair of black ankle boots but rather wish I had returned and looked elsewhere for better quality - and paid a bit more to get it.

Love the boots...... but sizing way off - I am a 6 1/2 but had to return for a 5 1/2 which was a pain so close to Xmas. Hoping they wear well. Otherwise very happy.

Bought these in black, size 6 - my usual size - they fit well with my wool socks, may need a thin insole for less thick socks. I wear straight/slim leg jeans and they look good with either. Nice quality leather, good styling and vey comfortable.

Bought these in brown on-line in half size smaller (going by other recommendations) but just a little tight. So went back to M&S and swapped them for a 7. So comfortable that I went on-line to order the black ones ... sold out!!! Hoping that they will have a delivery soon as I don't often find shoes that are comfortable and stylish. Highly recommended.

Wanted a pair of boots for shopping. Very comfortable, but had to go a half size down. It does say online they are made with socks in mind, but my socks are of the thin variety, so had to change for a size 4 and a half.
